Sanket Jain is a Mumbai-based advocate and the founding partner of Wizmen Advisory. With over a decade of experience as a corporate lawyer and employment law advocate in Mumbai, he advises corporates, multinationals, private equity funds, and senior individuals on transactions and disputes that matter.

As a corporate and M&A lawyer, his work spans complex cross-border and domestic transactions — deal structuring, legal due diligence, private equity investments, joint ventures, and post-closing compliance across pharma, media, fintech, and industrials.
